Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MAVENBITS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("ReadyForCNA," "we," "us"), which operates https://readyforcna.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What the Service is

ReadyForCNA provides practice questions, practice tests, mock exams, study guides, and related tools to help you prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant (Nurse Aide) Exam. It is an independent study aid. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Credentia, NCSBN, Prometric, or D&S Diversified Technologies (Headmaster). NNAAP® is a registered trademark of its owner. We don't administer the CNA exam, issue certifications, or control any state nurse aide registry.

Our content is for exam preparation only. It is not medical advice, clinical training, or a substitute for your approved training program, your instructor, or your facility's policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts

  • When you start a practice test we may create an anonymous account so your progress is saved. You can later add your email to keep your progress across devices.
  • We sign you in with a one-time email link or with Google. We don't use passwords.
  • Your account is for you alone. Don't share access or let others use your account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
  • Tell us right away at support@readyforcna.com if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Purchases and access

  • Paid access is sold as a one-time pass for a fixed number of days, shown at checkout. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. We never charge your card again unless you make a new purchase.
  • Access starts when your payment is confirmed. If you buy another pass while one is active, the new days are added after your current end date.
  • When your pass ends, your account returns to the free tier. Your progress history is kept.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax may be added where required by law and is shown before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card number. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
  • Promotional codes, if offered, have the terms stated with them and can't be exchanged for cash.

5. Refunds and pass guarantee

Refunds and the pass guarantee are described in our Pass guarantee and refund policy, which is part of these terms. If we issue a refund, paid access for that purchase ends. If you dispute a charge with your bank, paid access may be paused while the dispute is open.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, download in bulk, scrape, record, resell, publish, or share our questions, explanations, or other content, or use them to build a competing product or train an AI model;
  • use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service;
  • try to get around access limits, rate limits, or security measures;
  • submit content you don't have the right to share, or that is unlawful or abusive; or
  • use the Service in any way that breaks the law or the rules of any testing program.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

7. Our content

All questions, explanations, mock exams, checklists, guides, software, and branding on the Service are owned by MAVENBITS LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them for your own exam preparation while you have access. Our questions are written by us and are not taken from any official or secure exam.

8. Feedback and reports

If you report a problem with a question or send us suggestions, we may use that feedback to improve the Service without owing you anything.

9. No guarantee of results

We work to keep our content accurate and current, but exam content, formats, fees, and state rules change. Always confirm details with your state and your testing vendor. Apart from the pass guarantee described in our refund policy, we don't promise that you will pass any exam.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MAVENBITS LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover any losses, claims, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please email us at support@readyforcna.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Otherwise, any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date and, if you have an account with an email address, let you know by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the paid Service while you have an active pass, we'll refund the unused portion.
